Our wine list springs from the same principle that guides the kitchen: to give voice to those who work the raw material with respect. The labels tell of the Strait and its two shores — Calabria and Sicily — alongside a national selection and a few forays beyond the Alps.

Native grape varieties, small producers, mountain vineyards looking out to sea: every wine is chosen to accompany a precise dish, not to fill a list.
