The credit card is only verified, as a guarantee. In the event of a no-show or a late cancellation (less than 24 hours in advance), EUR 50 per person will be charged as a “no-show fee”.

Would you like to book with a Gift Card?

If you have received a Gift Card and wish to use it for a booking, please send an email to info@labottargainfilanda.com stating: your first and last name, the date you would like, the voucher number (printed below the validity date on your gift card) and a telephone number we can call back to confirm the booking. Alternatively you may call +39 0965 627046.

If the gift card is not mentioned at the time of booking, its use will not be considered valid for that reservation.

How booking works

1 to 5 people: you book online and receive confirmation by email straight away. The card serves only as a guarantee, with no charge.
6 to 8 people (groups): you book online whenever a table is available, again with the card as a guarantee for the number of covers; confirmation, however, is sent by hand — you will first receive a “request received” email and then the final confirmation from the restaurant.

The tasting menu is intended for the whole table: choosing it when booking online applies it to all covers, with a reserved 10% discount on the tasting menu.

Cancellation policy

EUR 50 per person will be applied in the event of:

No show
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the booked date
Failure to notify a change in the number of covers less than 24 hours before the booked date

To cancel within the times indicated above: click the CANCEL button at the foot of your booking confirmation email.

To cancel with a penalty less than 24 hours before the booked date: please write exclusively to info@labottargainfilanda.com.

Any such charge is by nature a compensatory penalty and, under the law, is not subject to VAT: no receipt or invoice will be issued for that amount.

For gift voucher holders, in the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the booked date, the voucher will be considered void and no longer usable.

Flexibility on times

Please let us know of any delay as soon as possible by contacting our reservations office on 0965 627046.

The booking is held for up to 20 minutes after the agreed time, and in any case no later than 10.30 pm.

Restaurant policy

Small four-legged friends are welcome in the restaurant’s rooms. Please let us know they are coming in the notes field when you book.
